Blackfen map

Duncan Borrowman, the Liberal Democrat London Assembly candidate for Bexley & Bromley, spoke at the pilot meeting of the Blackfen Forum on Saturday. He said: "I strongly support the setting up of a forum. Blackfen needs a forum that represents all interested groups - residents, traders, community groups, churches, schools, the police, young people and others.

"It should not be party political, but should help to guide elected representatives in regenerating Blackfen and turning it back into a more pleasant place to live and work. Whether within the artificially drawn council ward of Blackfen and Lamorbey or outside

"It is time Blackfen was put back on the map."
