Putting People First in Old Bexley & Sidcup

Duncan Borrowman launches online poll into Derek Conway

1.18.00pm GMT Wed 30th Jan 2008

Old Bexley & Sidcup Liberal Democrat candidate Duncan Borrowman has launched an online poll into whether Derek Conway should resign as Old Bexley & Sidcup's MP.

Mr Borrowman said: "Given the increasing reports of Mr Conway's behaviour his future as an MP must be in question. The Conservative's may have withdraw the whip, but it is not the Conservative Party he should answer to, it is the taxpayers who have funded his family to the tune of £1,535,716"
