Duncan Borrowman said; "At the last Council Elections the Tories promised to keep Bromley Clean & Green. They have broken that promise. Grass goes uncut, dumped cars aren't removed, street signs are covered in graffiti, and litter goes unpicked. Much of the litter we picked was a major health hazard - such as used prophylactics and soiled toilet paper. It is time that the Tories cleaned up their act - and cleaned up Bromley borough.
